Yoga for me is all about feeling better, not just looking flexible. I want you to feel strong in your mind and body, whether you’re facing pregnancy changes or nagging aches. My classes are for anyone who wants to move with less pain and more joy.
Therapeutic Yoga For Real Life Pains
A lot of us deal with things like varicose veins, nerve tingling in the arms, or that stubborn lower back pain. I use simple but effective poses (like Cat Pose and Cobra Pose) to help you loosen up. Over time, you might notice less pain and better stamina. No fancy stuff - just consistent, gentle movements that fit your body’s needs.
Prenatal Yoga: Comfort For You And Baby
Expecting moms, my focus is to make pregnancy smoother. With safe prenatal exercise at home, we work on gentle stretches like Butterfly Pose to help with flexibility and blood flow. I always check in about what feels comfortable, so nothing is forced. The idea is to prep your body for childbirth, but also make sure you feel good now.

Hey! I’m Vanika. Fitness for me is mind plus body, not just muscles. I’m a beach lover but mountains are winning me over lately. My online classes let me teach from anywhere - sometimes I’m in Kasauli, showing off the view! Mysuru changed me; yoga isn’t only asanas, it’s about growing beyond yourself. I used to be scared of inversions, but now - bring it on! Minor setback, major comeback. The best is still coming, just believe.
