About Stage Performances & Competitions
When I take students to the stage, it is not just about the final pose. It is about the weeks of practice where they learn to handle nerves and trust their teammates in a pyramid or lift. If you want your child to join a team that actively competes and performs, this is where they build that mental and physical discipline.
Training for the Stage
I have seen how performing at venues like Talkatora Stadium or Shah Auditorium changes a student. It moves yoga from a quiet practice to a powerful form of expression.
What My Performance Batches Include:
- Strength & Agility: We work on high-intensity drills, backbends like Chakrasana, and flexibility training needed for complex formations.
- Acro Yoga: Children learn to form human pyramids and master partner balancing techniques, which builds massive trust and teamwork.
- Stage Confidence: Dealing with crowds, music, and performance pressure helps children develop a calm mind, even in high-stakes environments.
This is not about rigid instruction. We learn through play, stories, and team goals. If your child is looking to move beyond the basics and gain experience on a larger stage, we provide the right environment, the right props, and the right motivation.
