About Inside Our Studio: Fun, Focus & Flexibility
My kids' yoga sessions aren't just about static poses. We use partner exercises, yoga games, and stories to teach flexibility and posture while keeping it fun. Whether your child needs better focus for studies, help with anxiety, or a way to channel excess energy, we build these healthy habits naturally—without the pressure of a typical classroom setting.
I believe that healthy habits should start young. At Anubhuti Yog, we see kids struggling with screen time, stress, and a lack of physical outlets, which is why I designed a curriculum that turns yoga into a 'khel-khel mein' (learning through play) experience.
What we focus on
- Physical Conditioning: We work on high-intensity warm-ups, Surya Namaskar, and specific drills to support healthy growth, such as height-gain exercises and balancing asanas.
- Mindfulness & Focus: Through breathing techniques and simple meditation, I help children improve their concentration for studies and manage daily anxiety.
- Acro Yoga & Partner Poses: These sessions teach children about balance, teamwork, and trust while making the practice lively and engaging.
Where and how we teach
We offer group programs at our climate-controlled studios in Vivek Vihar, New Delhi, and Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Our weekday evening batches (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM) are structured to fit easily into a post-school routine. For families who prefer comfort, I also provide at-home personal training sessions across Delhi/NCR.
Every session is supervised with careful attention to alignment and injury prevention. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to prepare for state-level yoga sports competitions, my goal is to guide their progress without unnecessary competition. The process takes patience—kids learn at their own speed—but consistency brings real, visible results in their posture and confidence. Bas, chalna hai, rukna nahi!
