Hari Om. I help children build better posture, confidence, and calmness through playful, structured yoga sessions designed for their growing bodies.

This young student is working on Upavistha Konasana, or the wide-angled seated forward bend. This pose is excellent for improving flexibility in the legs and spine.

Partner yoga is a key part of my "khel-khel mein" teaching style. This pose not only builds physical strength but also teaches children about balance, support, and trust.
