At Anubhuti Yog, I bridge the gap between competitive athletics and mental well-being. For parents looking for structured activity, our weekday evening batch (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM) in Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram is designed to keep kids active. We go beyond the basics with:
- Performance Training: My students actively train for district-level championships, including Surya Namaskar, splits, and backbends like Chakrasana.
- Acro Yoga: We teach partner balancing and human pyramids, which build trust, teamwork, and core strength in a safe environment.
- Mindfulness for Kids: We integrate chanting and pranayama to help with concentration, which is especially helpful for academic stress and anxiety.
I believe in slow, steady progress. Nobody masters a pose in a single day, and that is why I emphasize safety and comfort above everything else. My studio is climate-controlled and fully equipped with mirrors for alignment correction, so every child gets the attention they need to practice injury-free. If your child is struggling with screen time, focus issues, or simply needs a physical outlet, my classes provide a space to channel that energy positively. We help them build the discipline to compete and the calm to succeed.
