About Kids Yoga
Why Yoga for Kids?
Sach baat (honestly), I wish more of us started yoga as kids. When children learn yoga early, they're not just learning to stretch - they're learning how to handle life, inside and out. I see so many adults say, "Kaash bachpan se shuru kiya hota" (Wish I'd started as a kid).
Beyond the Poses
Kids pick up much more than just asanas with me:
- Yoga routines for kids here mean more focus, sharper memory, and a calmer mind. It helps with big feelings - anger, stress, even those random tantrums.
- Physical growth gets a boost. Flexibility, balance, and confidence - all get stronger with each class.
How Classes Go
I keep it fun and real. Sometimes we'll do a 'Little Ganesha' pose, or use blocks and straps for added excitement. But I always make sure every kid gets hands-on support, so they're learning safely and correctly.
