About Hatha & Yin Yoga

I see yoga as a way to quiet the mind, not just a workout. For me, it’s really about “yogashchittavRuttinirodhaH” - calming all that mental noise. That’s the core of how I guide every class.

What to Expect

I mix two styles: classical Hatha yoga and restorative Yin. Hatha is our base, where we move slow, focus on alignment, and build real strength and flexibility. Yin comes in when we need to slow down, sink into deep stretch yoga class mode, and let go of tension you didn’t even know you were holding. It’s a combo that works equally well if you’re brand new or have been practicing for years.

My Approach

  • Every session starts with mindful asanas, where I’ll help tweak your alignment (no forcing, just finding what suits your body best).
  • We move into breathwork - calming breathwork routines that help settle your nervous system.
  • We end with short meditation for a sense of emotional balance.

Who’s This For?

No need to be flexible or experienced. I’m all about what your body CAN do, not what it can’t. Everyone’s unique - our practice will celebrate that, not compare.

Yoga doesn’t stop when class ends. It’s about tuning in to your anahata - your heart space - and weaving this peaceful energy into everyday life.

My Story

Hey, I’m Ruchie, and this is Anahata. Anahata means boundless, just like how I see yoga. My studio’s heart isn’t just about bending or fancy poses. I want folks to feel their own strength, even if they walk in thinking, 'I can’t.' Had my most moving moment helping spinal cord injury patients try aerial yoga – watching them find relief and hope, man, that’s why I do this. Yoga’s got layers, and I love sharing every one of them.

Therapeutic Aerial Yoga - First to bring Unnata aerial yoga in Gurgaon. Great for decompressing spine, back pain, and aerial yoga for spinal injuries.
