Welcome to my space. Whether you are seeking strength or a quiet moment of stillness, my classes focus on what your body can do, not what it cannot.

I believe yoga is about so much more than external measures. My focus is on building true muscle and bone strength, cultivating happiness, and promoting longevity. This is what really matters on our journey.

This is the essence of my practice: "yogashchittavRuttinirodhaH," or the calming of the mind's fluctuations. Through mindful practice, we find a quiet space within, no matter what is happening outside.

Here I am guiding a meditation session in the studio. I provide personal attention to help each student connect with their inner stillness and find balance during our group yoga classes.

Demonstrating the full wheel pose, or Urdhva Dhanurasana. My own practice in advanced Hatha asanas informs my teaching, allowing me to guide students of all levels with a deep understanding of alignment and form.

The final, most important part of any class is deep relaxation. Here, my students are in Savasana, or corpse pose, integrating the benefits of their practice and finding complete rest in a restorative yoga session.

The joy of partner yoga. This practice builds trust, communication, and support, showing how our connections with others can deepen our own strength and balance. It’s a fun and challenging part of our community practice.

I am filled with gratitude when I read words like these from my students. It is an honor to be a part of their wellness journey and to create a calming, zen experience for them.

About Featured

You don't need to be flexible to start here. My sessions blend classical Hatha for building foundational strength and Yin yoga for deep release. We work with props like Manduka blocks and bolsters in every class, ensuring you can settle into your alignment comfortably without forcing your body into shapes that aren't ready.
