About Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy That Feels Like You

Yoga isn’t about nailing the toughest pose, it’s about finding a bit of peace in your own mind. That’s what I aim for with every session. I draw from the heart of yoga, from that Anahata space within, to help you tune into your body, mind, breath, and spirit.

Healing Layer by Layer

  • I use a yogic approach that looks at all five layers (koshas) of who we are.
  • We’ll work on:
    • Your body: gentle asanas and movements
    • Breath and energy: pranayama and guided relaxation
    • Mind: meditation and emotional awareness
    • Wisdom: self-reflection, yogic counselling
    • Bliss: simple joy in being

What You Can Expect

  • If you’re living with chronic pain or stiffness, I use a mix of gentle yoga and therapeutic aerial yoga for pain relief and mobility. No circus tricks, promise!
  • If stress and anxiety have you spinning, we’ll focus on breathwork, meditation, and restorative poses to help you find calm.
  • I also support you through health concerns like hypertension, autoimmune issues, and women’s hormonal shifts.

  • I pull from Hatha, restorative, and therapeutic aerial yoga, and use breathwork and meditation so you get what you actually need.
  • My studio’s a chill, safe space where you can just be yourself.

My Story

Hey, I’m Ruchie, and this is Anahata. Anahata means boundless, just like how I see yoga. My studio’s heart isn’t just about bending or fancy poses. I want folks to feel their own strength, even if they walk in thinking, 'I can’t.' Had my most moving moment helping spinal cord injury patients try aerial yoga – watching them find relief and hope, man, that’s why I do this. Yoga’s got layers, and I love sharing every one of them.

Yoga & Wellness Classes - We offer Unnata aerial yoga, classical Hatha, Yin yoga for beginners, kids yoga, partner yoga, corporate sessions, and more.

Therapeutic Aerial Yoga - First to bring Unnata aerial yoga in Gurgaon. Great for decompressing spine, back pain, and aerial yoga for spinal injuries.

Yoga for All - Beginner, regular, young, old, groups, parties—everyone’s welcome. No need to be bendy, just show up!

Beyond Just Asanas - We blend movement with breath, meditation, and sound healing meditation. It’s about mind-body-soul, not just poses.
