Our Yoga Community in Gurugram
Yoga is a shared journey. My studio is a space where we support each other, practice mindfully, and grow stronger together.
I am filled with gratitude when I read words like these from my students. It is an honor to be a part of their wellness journey and to create a calming, zen experience for them.
The joy of partner yoga. This practice builds trust, communication, and support, showing how our connections with others can deepen our own strength and balance. It’s a fun and challenging part of our community practice.
About Our Yoga Community
You are not just a number on a mat here. In my small groups of 8 to 12 students, I can offer genuine hands-on adjustments and really get to know your practice. It is about creating a space where you can feel comfortable, laugh when a pose feels tricky, and just breathe.
When I started Anahata in Gurugram, I wanted to move away from the impersonal feel of large, crowded gym classes. Yoga is a practice, but it is much more effective when you have a community that cheers for you.
My approach blends classical Hatha for strength and Yin for deep flexibility, and I tailor every session to the people in the room. Whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years, the dynamic stays intimate. We focus on 'what your body CAN do', rather than what it cannot. You will often see us practicing partner yoga to build trust, or laughing during aerial sessions as we find our balance.
This is not about mastering the perfect handstand for Instagram. It is about 'yogashchittavRuttinirodhaH', or calming the mental noise that follows us into the studio. By keeping batches small, I can keep the focus on you—your alignment, your breathing, and your peace of mind. If you are looking for a place in Gurugram where you can show up exactly as you are, I would love to have you on the mat.
