Join a Yoga Class
Finding your flow is easier when you are in a space that truly listens. Whether you are new to the mat or looking for a deeper practice, join our small, supportive batches and discover what your body and mind can do together.
I regularly start new batches for both beginners and regular practitioners. This announcement for a morning class highlights our focus on building a strong foundation through breathwork, asana, and meditation.
This is an example of an announcement for one of my Classical Hatha Yoga batches. These sessions are designed to enhance health, vitality, and emotional balance, making yoga a practice that integrates with your life beyond the mat.
About Join a Class
In our small batches of 8 to 12 students, I prioritize individual alignment over simply following the crowd. We use blocks and props to adjust every pose to your body's specific needs, ensuring you find a deep stretch without any strain or unnecessary discomfort.
Why Join Anahata?
Yoga is often misunderstood as being about the pose, but here, it is about the process. Whether you join our Classical Hatha sessions for strength or our Yin classes to release deep-seated tension, the focus is always on calming your nervous system.
My Teaching Approach
I believe that a practice should meet you exactly where you are. We do not push for perfection. Instead, we:
- Work on mindful alignment to keep you safe and supported.
- Integrate breathwork to clear mental noise and find focus.
- Close with guided meditation to leave you feeling centered.
The Space
Our studio in Sector 49, Gurugram, is designed to be an intimate sanctuary. With air conditioning, wooden flooring, and mirrored walls for alignment, it is a space where you can turn inward. You will find all the props you need, from Manduka blocks to bolsters, so just bring yourself and an open mind.
Finding Your Batch
I intentionally cap our groups at 12 students. This is a non-negotiable for me because it allows me to provide hands-on assists and verbal cues that you simply do not get in large classes. If you are looking to start a consistent practice, whether for Hatha, Yin, or a blend of both, let us chat about which batch fits your schedule.
