Yoga isn't just about asanas on a mat. It is about finding balance between my roots, my family, and the science of healing. Here is a look into the practice and philosophy that keeps me grounded.

A moment of peace practicing Anulom Vilom outdoors. Connecting with nature while practicing pranayama amplifies the benefits, helping to balance the mind, body, and breath.

"Tyag shanti anantaram" - peace comes after detachment. This is a core principle for me. This video reflects on finding inner peace through meditation and letting go.

A reminder to live in the present moment. Practicing Dhyan (meditation) in Padmasana helps me cultivate stability, enhance concentration, and find calm.

In the mountains, where I feel most connected to myself and my journey. Every climb is a metaphor for overcoming life's challenges and moving closer to your destiny.

A smile from the hills. The serenity of nature is a constant source of inspiration and a reminder of the peace that yoga brings into my life.

Walking into the sunrise with my yoga mat. Starting the day with movement and gratitude sets a positive tone for everything that follows.

Soaking in the green vibes on a beautiful day. Taking time to just sit and be in nature is a form of meditation in itself.

"The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness." Finding this balance is the essence of yoga. Here I am in a simple prayer pose, feeling grateful.

Practicing Padmasana (Lotus Pose) outdoors. This foundational pose helps create a stable base for meditation and deeper introspection.

A simple hand stretch breathing exercise. I believe even the smallest movements, when done with awareness, can have a profound impact on our well-being.

About My Yoga Journey & Philosophy

I do not believe in perfection or rigid definitions. You will find me leading a session at a major institute like AIIMS one day, and helping my 'bachha party' or family find their flow the next. Whether it is practicing Pranayama in the mountains or fitting in a quick stretch at my desk, I believe yoga is about finding strength where you currently are, not where you think you should be.
