Namaste. Every year, our Yoga Arambha event brings thousands of us together to move and breathe as one. This video captures the incredible energy of our International Day of Yoga celebration and gives a sneak peek into our new ventures, like the AthaYog Yoga Club. This is more than an event; it's a movement, and I hope you will join us.

I am often asked, "What is strength?" To me, it is not just about muscle, but about the control over your body, breath, and mind. In this video, I explain how our yoga practice builds true strength from the inside out, fostering stability, focus, and self-awareness.

We love helping you explore what your body is capable of. This is an invitation to our Arm and Hand Balancing workshop, designed for all levels to build strength, improve balance, and safely master challenging poses like Bakasana. These workshops are a great way to deepen your practice.
