My Yoga Journey and Philosophy
Yoga is more than just poses. It is a lifestyle that connects your breath, body, and mind. Here, I share the philosophy behind my practice and how it creates real, lasting change.
Yoga is not just exercise, it is a lifestyle. Just 15-20 minutes a day can reduce stress, strengthen immunity, and improve focus. It is a natural healing therapy for all ages.

About My Yoga Journey & Philosophy
In my Ramesh Nagar studio, we do not just 'do' yoga. We focus on how your body moves and responds. Whether we are using wall ropes for spinal traction or simple wooden staffs to correct your posture, every movement is intentional. It is about understanding your physical limits, listening to them, and gently pushing past them through consistency, not force.
For me, yoga is a gift we give ourselves. When I teach, my goal is not just to help you hold a difficult pose. It is about building a daily habit that helps you handle stress, lose that stiffness in your back, and regain confidence.
Delhi life is fast, and our bodies often take a hit. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, thyroid issues, or just daily fatigue, we focus on real, measurable results. We use props like yoga wheels and Iyengar-style wall ropes because they make safe alignment accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
My philosophy is simple: Yog kariye, mast rahein. In class, we laugh and play, sometimes feeling like kids again. But we also do the hard work. We hold planks, focus on breath, and correct alignment. If you are ready to stop seeing yoga as just 'exercise' and want to make it a sustainable part of your daily routine, I am here to help you get started.
