Yoga is more than just exercise. I use props, breathwork, and personalized corrections to help you build strength, manage pain, and find balance in your daily life.

Perfecting the pose means perfecting the practice. Here, I am providing a hands-on correction for Shashankasana (Child's Pose) to ensure my student gets the full spinal stretch safely, without straining her back or shoulders.
Who says workouts can't be fun? We build serious upper body and core strength with drills like walking on hands. With the right support and encouragement, you will surprise yourself with what you can achieve.
Using a yoga wheel makes advanced poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) more accessible and fun, especially for kids. It provides support for the back, helping to build flexibility and confidence safely.
Acro yoga is all about trust, balance, and teamwork. These partner poses, like the double plank, are a fantastic way to build core and arm strength while having a great time together.
In my classes, we focus on targeted exercises to reduce stubborn fat. This session includes dynamic movements with props like sticks and floor exercises like Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) to tone the side and belly areas effectively.
Experience the beautiful flow of Surya Namaskar with traditional mantra chanting. This sequence connects breath with movement, building heat, energy, and focus for a complete mind-body workout.
This is Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose), a deep backbend that requires significant flexibility in the spine and shoulders. I guide my students through preparatory drills to help them safely work towards advanced asanas like this.

I believe in using props like yoga wheels, wooden sticks, and wall ropes to make complex postures safe for everyone, whether you are a beginner or managing chronic pain. My approach is hands-on because I need to ensure your alignment is correct to prevent injury and maximize the healing potential of every asana.
My classes are not about achieving a perfect look. It is about how the practice feels in your body. If you are struggling with back pain, sciatica, or posture issues, we focus on therapeutic movements that release tension without strain.
I teach in Ramesh Nagar, Delhi, where my studio is equipped with specialized props. Wall ropes help with spinal traction, yoga wheels assist with deep backbends, and wooden sticks are excellent for shoulder opening and side-fat reduction. These are not just tools; they are extensions of your body that help you progress safely.
We also have a lot of fun. I incorporate partner work, acro yoga, and playful drills that make the hard work feel like you are a kid again. This helps build not just physical strength, but a community where you feel safe and supported.
