About Kids Yoga
I don't believe in boring, repetitive drills. Instead, we use fun partner exercises—like the wheelbarrow or supported backbends—to build core strength and trust. It is a space where your child learns to listen to their body while having genuine fun.
Why Yoga for Kids?
In today's fast-paced world, our children need a place to reset. My kids' classes in Ramesh Nagar are not about standing still for an hour. We use movement to help them channel energy, improve posture, and develop a calm mind. It is about building a strong foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle.
Our Playful Approach
We transform traditional poses into games. Whether it is roaring in Simhasana (Lion’s Pose) to release facial tension or using a yoga wheel to safely improve back flexibility, the goal is to make fitness joyful.
- Strength & Agility: Partner exercises and creative movement routines improve hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
- Focus & Calm: Simple breathing and mindfulness exercises help them handle school stress and improve concentration.
- Confidence: When a child achieves a pose they once found difficult, the boost in their self-esteem is real and immediate.
Safety First
Just like my adult sessions, these classes are hands-on. I constantly check alignment and use props to ensure no child gets hurt. Whether it's wall-supported headstands or partner balancing, safety is the priority so they can explore their limits without fear. If you are in Delhi and want your child to experience yoga that feels like play, come join our group.
