I keep things simple and real. My life is dusron ke liye samarpit (dedicated to others), and I’m here to help you discover just how much your body and mind can do. Advanced yoga isn’t about being born flexible – it’s about being ready to push yourself.
What’s Different About My Training?
If you want to go past basic poses and really challenge yourself, you’re in the right place. I work with people who want to master deep flexibility yoga routines, advanced handstand progressions, and even acro yoga for strength. No shortcuts – it’s all about daily effort and consistency.
- We’ll dig into contortion, splits, backbends, and those tricky arm balances.
- For the brave, I guide partner acro yoga that’s both fun and intense.
- If you’ve got your eyes on yoga competition coaching, I help you polish routines, boost endurance, and develop confidence.
How We Train
You can join group classes or get personalised attention one-on-one. I teach in a studio in Pitampura and also outdoors in Model Town, so there’s fresh air when you want it. Kids and young adults get their own batches, and we focus on everything – flexibility, strength, pranayama, and even nutrition advice.

My Story
People call me a yoga instructor, but I say guide. Born in Delhi, but my heart—always wandering in Uttarakhand hills. My motto? 'bₑ ₕₐₚₚy ₐₙd ⱼᵤₛₜ bₑ ₕₐₚₚy.' I studied hard—Delhi University, cleared NET thrice—but real yoga isn’t in books. It’s on the mat, in breath, in falling and getting up. Like I always say, ‘darre kyon hai?’ Just practice, learn, repeat. That’s my story.
