Yoga for Weight Loss & Toning
These sessions are designed to fire up your metabolism and build lean muscle. I combine dynamic flows like Surya Namaskar with targeted drills using props and bodyweight to effectively burn fat, especially around the belly and sides, and tone your entire body.
Strength & Arm Balances
Build a strong foundation from your hands and core. In these sessions, we work on arm balances like Kaakasana (Crow Pose) and inversions like handstands, using wall support and specific drills to develop the strength, stability, and confidence to fly.
Flexibility & Deep Stretches
Unlock your body's potential and release tension with guided stretching. I focus on opening the back, shoulders, and hamstrings using a mix of classic asanas, partner work, and props. These practices are designed to improve your posture, increase mobility, and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Assisted Yoga: Props & Posture Correction
In my classes, your safety and alignment are my top priority. I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure you are practicing each asana correctly and use a variety of props like blocks, wheels, sticks, and wall ropes to help you deepen your practice or modify poses to suit your level.
Partner & Group Yoga Fun
Yoga is better together! I love incorporating partner work, acro yoga, and fun group challenges into my classes. These activities not only build strength and trust but also create a joyful and supportive community where we can all laugh and grow. Bachpan yaad aa jayega!
Kids Yoga
I believe in making yoga fun and accessible for children. My kids' classes are filled with playful activities, games, and challenges that help them build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence. It's a wonderful way to introduce them to a healthy lifestyle from a young age.
Breathe, Relax, & Heal
Yoga is a powerful tool for internal cleansing and mental peace. This section covers breathing techniques (Pranayama) like Agnisar and Kapalbhati to boost energy and aid digestion, as well as Shuddhi Kriyas (cleansing techniques) and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
Outdoor Sessions & Events
We love taking our practice outdoors to connect with nature. This gallery captures the joy and energy of our special events, like our International Yoga Day celebrations in the park. Practicing together in the fresh air is a truly special experience.
Our Weekly Practice
