About Our Weekly Practice
We don't just do asanas; we use props like wall ropes, wooden staffs, and yoga wheels to help you reach deeper stretches safely. I am there to personally correct your posture during every 60-minute session, ensuring you get the most out of your practice without the risk of injury.
Consistency is Key
These weekly classes are designed to build a sustainable habit. We meet Monday through Friday, creating a rhythm that helps you stay consistent—because real changes in posture and flexibility only come from regular practice.
What to Expect
- Hands-On Guidance: I don't just demonstrate; I correct. If your alignment is off, I will adjust your position so you feel the stretch where it matters.
- Props for Progress: Whether you are new to yoga or a regular, our equipment helps. We use wall ropes for spinal traction, wheels for backbends, and wooden dandas for shoulder mobility.
- Cardio & Core: It is not all slow movement. We integrate Surya Namaskar and core-strengthening drills to keep your heart rate up and metabolism firing.
Why Join Us?
This is not a boring gym routine. We laugh, we challenge each other, and we support one another’s growth. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, trying to lose weight, or just want to start your day with energy, you will find a place here. Come with an open mind, and we will handle the rest.
