How We Train
We mix styles: Power Yoga for advanced practitioners, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. Expect drills for handstands, crow poses, deep backbends, plus flexibility work like splits and leg-behind-head poses. I keep it real - some days you’ll struggle, but that’s the point. Tools like blocks, straps, and yoga wheels are used to help you understand your body, not to make things easy.
My Method: Ek-Ek Part Pe Kaam
Main body ke ek-ek part ko target karta hoon (I work on each part, one by one). Weakness? We build strength. Stiffness? We create space. You’ll get my honest feedback in every online advanced yoga class, and our batch system means you’re not alone - you’ll have a crew beside you.

My Story
Namaskar, I'm Rahul. Yoga for me? Not just finding yourself, it’s about making yourself, little by little. Once, a student told me she’d lost hope after hospitals didn’t work, but yoga felt like magic. Merako hope nahi tha (I didn’t have hope), she said. Giving that hope back – that’s what matters. At Aryan Yogshala, I also do community stuff, like talking to young girls about menstrual health. Yoga is for sabko (everyone). I’m just here to guide.
