About Arm Balances & Inversions

When we work on arm balances, the biggest mistake is rushing to get off the floor. I focus on wrist conditioning and core compression drills first, so you learn the mechanics of the pose instead of just hoping for the best. It is about being smart, not just strong, so you stay injury-free.
