Deep Backbends & Spinal Flexibility
We focus on safely opening the spine to achieve deep backbends like Chakrasana and Purna Ustrasana. I guide you through specific drills and alignment techniques, often using props like walls, chairs, and yoga wheels for support and injury prevention.
Arm Balances & Inversions
Mastering arm balances and inversions is about building strength and confidence, not just learning a trick. We work on core compression, wrist strength, and progressive drills for poses like Crow, Peacock, Handstands, and Headstands.
Advanced Flexibility: Splits & Hip Openers
I detail the journey to full splits like Hanumanasana (front splits) and Samakonasana (middle splits). My classes focus on specific drills, prop-assisted stretching, and hands-on adjustments to open the hips and hamstrings safely and effectively.
Calisthenics & Core Conditioning
I integrate bodyweight training to build the raw power needed for advanced yoga. This includes a variety of push-up variations, intense core compression drills, and functional strength exercises to condition the entire body.
