About Your First Flight: For Absolute Beginners

Every class here uses professional-grade hammocks rigged at hip height, so your feet are always close to the safety mats. I personally spot every inversion, ensuring you feel secure while we work on decompressing your spine and building core strength. You do not need prior flexibility or strength; you just need to show up with a bit of curiosity.
