Aerial Yoga: Fly High and Build Core Strength
Trade your mat for a hammock and discover why our aerial yoga classes are the most fun way to stretch, strengthen, and hang upside down in North Delhi.
The hammock is your best partner for achieving deeper stretches. Here, a student uses it for support to safely release muscle tension and improve flexibility.

Holding your body weight in suspension is a fantastic way to build core, arm, and shoulder strength.
One of the key benefits of aerial yoga is spinal decompression. Hanging in the hammock helps lengthen the spine and relieve pressure from compressed vertebrae.
Inversions in aerial yoga are great for improving blood flow and boosting energy levels.

About Aerial Yoga: Fly, Stretch & Strengthen
We keep our aerial batches small, capped at 10 students, because proper spotting is non-negotiable when you are hanging from the ceiling. We use professional-grade, weight-tested nylon-tricot hammocks and 2-inch thick PU foam crash mats, so you can focus on mastering your inversions while we handle the technical safety side.
Think aerial yoga is only for flexible pros? Think again. At our Roop Nagar studio, we have built a space where anyone—from kids who want to flip to office workers looking to decompress their spines—can fly. We ditch the boring gym vibe for loud music, graffiti-covered walls, and a community that is actually happy to see you walk through the door.
Why Aerial Yoga?
It is not just about cool photos on the 'gram. When you hang from our weight-tested silks, you are naturally decompressing your vertebrae, which is a massive relief for anyone stuck at a desk all day. You build real functional strength in your arms and core because holding your own body weight is the ultimate resistance training.
What to Expect
We run sessions for all levels. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics of balancing and gentle stretching inside the hammock. As you get comfortable, we introduce inversions and flips that make the workout feel more like playing on a playground than doing a traditional gym routine. We use communal mats, blocks, and straps, and our instructors are always on the floor, ready to spot you.
Safety First
We do not take shortcuts. Every hammock is rig-tested, and we use high-density foam tumbling mats across the floor for impact absorption. Whether you are coming in for our weekday batches or catching a class on the weekend, the focus is always on controlled, safe movement. You do not need any prior fitness background to join—just bring your energy and be ready to move.
