Fun & Fitness for Kids

Is your child bored with regular exercise? My weekend aerial yoga batches are designed to be super fun, combining yoga with gymnastics and play. We build strength, improve focus for studies, and boost confidence, all while laughing and flying in a safe environment.

Your First Flight: For Absolute Beginners

People think they need to be strong or flexible for aerial yoga. Bilkul galat soch hai (That's totally wrong). This class is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and we always have mats for safety.

Real Stories, Real Results

Don't just take my word for it. Listen to my students share their experiences in their own words. From overcoming fear to finding relief from chronic pain, these stories are the true measure of success.

The Magic of Inversions & Spinal Health

If you sit all day or suffer from back pain, inversions are a game-changer. Hanging upside down uses gravity to gently decompress your spine, relieving pressure and pain while improving blood flow to your brain.

Building Strength & Graceful Flows

Aerial yoga is a powerful workout that uses the hammock to challenge your muscles in new ways. We focus on building core strength, toning the entire body, and linking poses together into beautiful, graceful flows.

Our Flying Community

My classes are more than just a workout; they are a community. We have created a fun, energetic, and supportive space where everyone feels welcome to laugh, challenge themselves, and celebrate each other's progress.

My Teaching Philosophy & Practice

For me, yoga is a holistic practice for the body, breath, and mind. I teach to empower you, to help you move because it feels great, and to show you that you are stronger than you think.
