New to aerial yoga? We believe this practice is for every body. Here, you’ll learn to build trust with the hammock through clear, step-by-step guidance, ensuring you feel secure, supported, and ready to fly at your own pace.

Your aerial journey begins here. Our beginner sessions, held at 8:30 AM, are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals in a welcoming and unhurried environment.

"Now we’ll take the fabric in hand." Every class starts with simple, clear instructions to help you build a solid foundation. We guide you step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

Personal guidance is at the heart of our teaching. Here, an instructor provides gentle adjustments to help a student find their alignment and stability in the hammock.

We are here to support you, literally. With hands-on assistance from our certified trainers, you can safely explore deeper stretches and inversions, knowing you're in good hands.

Learning to invert can be intimidating, but we break it down into manageable steps. This moment shows an instructor providing support to help a student master a foundational inversion with proper form.

It all starts with a little curiosity. Stepping into the hammock for the first time opens up a new world of movement and possibility. We encourage you to play, explore, and see what your body can do.

Safety is our top priority, especially with advanced moves like aerial drops. We emphasize that these flows should only be practiced under the supervision of a certified trainer to prevent injury.

That feeling when you survive your first class! We celebrate the effort, the laughter, and even the post-class exhaustion. It’s all part of the fun and rewarding experience.

About Beginner-Friendly Foundations

The biggest hesitation most of our students have is the fear of falling, which is why our beginner classes focus entirely on 'grounding before flying.' We don't just jump into inversions; you’ll start by learning how to grip, wrap, and trust the silk, often with the simple, calming cue of, 'Ab hum log fabric ko haath mein lete hain' (Now we take the fabric in hand). You’re never alone up there; our trainers provide hands-on spotting for every new movement until you feel steady enough to release the fear and just enjoy the float.
