Find Your Flow: Aerial Yoga for All Levels
Whether you are a beginner or have practiced before, aerial yoga is about finding your wings. Let go of gravity and stress in our supportive, Shalimar Bagh studio.
In my classes, you are always supported. Here you can see how we work together in a group setting, with me providing hands on assistance to help students safely find their alignment and deepen their practice.
A glimpse into our group sessions where we move through various supported stretches and poses. We use the hammock to gently open the body, improve flexibility, and build a strong foundation for your aerial practice.
From powerful pull ups to graceful poses like the Seahorse and Ballerina, you will be amazed at what your body can do. Each move is a step towards building incredible upper body and core strength.
The aerial plank and its variations are fantastic for strengthening your entire core. The hammock provides support while challenging your stability, giving you a full body workout while suspended in the air.
There is so much love in the air during our aerial yoga sessions. This is a practice of self love, where you connect with your body in a playful and empowering way, floating and flying through different asanas.
This collage captures the variety and beauty of aerial yoga. From deep inversions to graceful, suspended poses, every moment in the hammock is an opportunity to dare to dream and fly.
Let's have some fun with poses like the Batman and Vampire. These inverted postures are not only playful but also amazing for spinal decompression and improving blood flow to the brain.
Here I am, reconnecting with my own practice in my studio. This personal flow shows the liberating and empowering feeling of moving with the hammock, a sensation of pure joy I love sharing with my students.
About Find Your Flow: Aerial Yoga for All Levels
Many people come to my studio worried they are not strong or flexible enough to hang upside down. Forget that fear. It is my job to help you build trust with the hammock, step by step. We use professional 500kg-rated gear and I provide hands-on spotting for every inversion, so you can explore those flips without ever feeling unsafe.
Aerial yoga is much more than just a fitness trend. When you are suspended in the hammock, your spine gets a chance to decompress naturally, taking the load off your joints. In my Shalimar Bagh studio, we focus on safe progression. You start with basic grips, and before you know it, you are doing planks and inversions with confidence.
My batches are intentionally kept small, with 8 to 10 students, so I can give you personal attention and spotting throughout the session. We do not just do technical flows—we also focus on the 'why'. We use yoga wheels and props to prepare the body, and every class ends with a cocoon phase, which is pure shanti. It is about letting go of the day's stress and finding that inner peace.
If you have never touched a hammock, that is perfectly fine. We conduct a medical assessment, including a BP check, to make sure you are ready to fly. You do not need to be an expert to start. Just show up with an open mind, and let the hammock do the rest.
