A blend of strength, mindfulness, and personalized guidance, my practice is a 'work-in' designed to help you build physical power while finding mental balance—in-person at your Juhu home or via live online sessions.

This is the Wheel Pose, or Chakrasana, a deep backbend that opens the heart and builds strength in the entire body. For me, yoga is a lifestyle of continuous growth and opening up, and this pose beautifully represents that journey.

Here is a moment from a private prenatal yoga session. I guide expecting mothers through gentle, safe movements that connect them with their bodies and their babies, preparing them for a calm and strong childbirth experience.

This is the setup for a Restorative or Yin yoga session. Using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets allows us to hold poses for longer, releasing deep-seated tension and calming the nervous system. It's all about supported relaxation.

This is a glimpse into a Vinyasa flow, where movement is synchronized with breath. The sequence includes poses like Downward Dog, Wild Thing, and Warrior variations to build heat, flexibility, and focus in a dynamic way.

Yoga is for everyone, including kids. In this online session, I'm guiding a young student through a modified Child's Pose using a block for support. My kids' yoga classes are playful, engaging, and help build focus and body awareness from a young age.

This quote perfectly captures my philosophy. Yoga isn't about achieving the perfect pose; it's about the internal journey of creating space, finding self-acceptance, and connecting with your true self.

Finding moments of peace in nature is a core part of my practice. Yoga teaches us to breathe deep and be present, whether we are on the mat or looking out at a beautiful sunset in Thailand.
