Monthly Therapeutic Yoga Batches
Batch Details
- Focus Areas: Choice of specific cohorts for PCOS/Hormonal Balance, Thyroid Management, Spinal Health, or Weight Management.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Approx. 12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session via Zoom or at Charkop center.
Therapeutic Methodology
- Expert Supervision: Led by Senior Yoga Therapists or Level 4 certified instructors.
- Techniques: Combination of Sukshma Vyayama (subtle exercises) and targeted Asanas specific to the ailment.
- Nervous System Regulation: Emphasis on Pranayama (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom) to manage psychosomatic triggers.
Holistic Support
- Monitoring: Basic tracking of flexibility improvements and symptom reduction.
- Lifestyle Integration: Verbal guidance on diet modifications and sleep hygiene included in class instruction.
Garbh Sanskar & Prenatal Yoga Course (60 Hours)
Program Structure
- Total Duration: Approximately 60 hours of training (blended theory and practical).
- Format: Hybrid model combining Live Zoom sessions and offline batches at Kandivali West.
- Certification: Includes course completion certificate from Aarambh Yoga Institute.
Core Curriculum
- Medical Theory: Detailed study of pregnancy anatomy, pelvic floor mechanics, and fetal development.
- Practical Yoga: Modified asanas adapted for safety during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters.
- Garbhasanskar: Traditional instruction on mental and spiritual nurturing of the fetus.
Recovery & Materials
- Labor & Postnatal: Breathwork for labor pain management and protocols for diastasis recti recovery.
- Resources: Comprehensive soft copy notes (PDFs) included.
Guided Yogic Detox Session (Shatkriya)
Cleansing Procedures
- Technique Selection: Choice of Laghu Shankha Prakshalana (Intestinal cleanse), Vaman Dhauti (Stomach wash), or Jala Neti (Nasal cleansing).
- Supervision: Strictly monitored by a Senior Acharya or Dr. Sushama to ensure safety.
Kit & Preparation
- Consumables: Preparation of medicated/saline water tailored to the specific kriya.
- Equipment: Usage of sterilized Neti pots, jugs, and towels during the session.
- Dietary Prep: Pre-cleanse dietary plan sent 24 hours in advance.
Post-Session Care
- Recovery: Yoga Nidra session immediately after the cleanse to reset the nervous system.
- Mandatory Meal: Guidance or provision of the specific post-cleanse meal (Moong Dal Khichdi with Ghee).
- Follow-up: Check-in on digestion and energy levels 24 hours post-session.

Namaste, I’m Dr. Sushama Maurya. Aarambh Yoga started as a dream for new beginnings – 'Aarambh' means just that. I saw people tangled in stress, sleeplessness, feeling adrift. My answer? Yoga ka saral upaay (simple solution). We began small, now we’re a lively family. We celebrate together – classes, garba, Foundation Day – real bonds, not just yoga. Proud moment? Our teachers got invited to Red Fort! From self to society, one breath, one story at a time.
