Yoga Nidra & Deep Healing

Yoga Nidra is my go-to for those who healing chahte hain (want healing). It’s like hitting the reset button for your nervous system. If you struggle with stress, anxiety, insomnia, or psychosomatic issues like high BP or thyroid, this technique can help you release deep tension and improve sleep quality.

Programs for Every Need

Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. I offer:

  • Prenatal yoga therapy, including Garbhasanskar for expecting moms and babies

My Story

Namaste, I’m Dr. Sushama Maurya. Aarambh Yoga started as a dream for new beginnings – 'Aarambh' means just that. I saw people tangled in stress, sleeplessness, feeling adrift. My answer? Yoga ka saral upaay (simple solution). We began small, now we’re a lively family. We celebrate together – classes, garba, Foundation Day – real bonds, not just yoga. Proud moment? Our teachers got invited to Red Fort! From self to society, one breath, one story at a time.
