I use authentic Himalayan singing bowls to create an immersive sound bath experience that requires nothing from you but to lie down and listen. These sessions, available for groups or individuals, use gentle vibrations to help release stress, quiet the mind, and guide your body into a state of deep restorative rest.
Guided Meditation & Breathwork
My guided sessions are designed to give you practical tools for managing stress and finding your center. We explore various Pranayama, or breathwork techniques, like Ujjayi (Ocean Breath) and Box Breathing, as well as meditation styles like Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
Mindful Play: Yoga & Meditation for Kids
My Sound Play sessions for kids are interactive, fun, and anything but quiet. We use a mix of playful yoga poses, engaging games, storytelling, and simple breathing exercises like Bhramari (Bee Breath) to help children improve focus, manage their energy, and relax. I offer classes for all age groups, both indoors and outdoors.
Creative Mindfulness: Zen Garden Workshops
This is a unique, hands on workshop where children learn about mindfulness through art. Each child gets to design and create their own miniature Japanese Zen garden, using sand, stones, and tiny props to build a world of their own, fostering focus, creativity, and a sense of calm.
