I create a serene and safe space for you to experience deep relaxation. Here, surrounded by candles and plants, I use a set of Himalayan singing bowls to guide you into a state of meditative calm.
This is what my group sound bath sessions look like. Participants lie back and let the resonant frequencies of the singing bowls wash over them, melting away tension in a candlelit, tranquil environment.
I believe mindfulness is a gift we can give children from an early age. This little one is finding her moment of peace during one of our outdoor kids' meditation sessions in the park.

Sound Healing & Meditation
I use a set of 7+ Himalayan bronze singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation. These private sessions focus on releasing tension through direct vibration—placing bowls on or near the body—and candlelit environments. It is a powerful way to reset when your mind feels overloaded, and I often integrate this with Pranayama, or breathwork, such as Ujjayi (Ocean Breath) and Nadi Shodhana, to help you anchor your focus.
Mindful Play for Kids
I believe mindfulness is a gift children can carry for life. My 'Sound Play' workshops for kids are not about sitting still, but about learning through movement and senses. We use interactive activities—like drawing during sound baths, sand art in Zen gardens, and playful poses like the 'Aeroplane' or 'Slide' pose—to build coordination and teach children how to manage their energy effectively.
