Sound Healing & Deep Relaxation
Find your calm with Himalayan singing bowls. Whether you need a private session to release physical tension or a group sound bath to reset your mind, I am here to guide your practice.
Preparing for a sound healing session, I arrange the singing bowls to create a full spectrum of resonant tones. Each bowl has a unique frequency that contributes to the deeply meditative and healing atmosphere.
During a one on one sound therapy session, a client experiences the direct vibrations of the singing bowls. This technique is particularly effective for targeted relaxation and releasing deep seated physical tension.
A view from a group sound bath, where everyone finds their own comfortable space. The collective energy in the room, combined with the candlelit ambiance, enhances the deeply calming experience for all.
An overhead view of a group sound bath shows participants arranged in a circle, fostering a sense of community and shared peace. The singing bowls are placed centrally to ensure the sound envelops everyone equally.
The final and most important part of any practice is Shavasana, or corpse pose. This is a moment of complete surrender, allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the session and find true calm.
About Sound Healing & Deep Relaxation
In my private sessions, I use a set of 7+ Himalayan Bronze alloy bowls. Unlike a standard group sound bath, I apply these bowls directly to your chest or stomach. This technique allows the vibrations to travel through the body, which helps release deep-seated physical tension that sometimes lingers even after traditional stretching.
Beyond the soothing nature of sound baths, my approach integrates ancient tools like Pranayama (breathwork) to help you manage daily stress. In my Tuesday group sessions at the Balkan-ji-bari Community Hall in Santacruz West, we focus on Ujjayi (Ocean Breath) and guided visualization. It is a dedicated space to land, breathe, and reset.
For those seeking focused attention, my 60-minute private therapy sessions are highly personalized. We begin with a consultation to identify your specific stress points. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your existing meditation practice, these sessions provide a practical way to quiet a busy mind. I also incorporate styles like Yoga Nidra and Trataka (candle gazing) depending on what your body needs that day. These sessions are about consistency, not perfection—just showing up and letting the sound guide you into a state of restorative rest.
