Breath is life. In my sessions, we explore various pranayama (breathing) techniques to calm the nervous system, boost energy, and improve lung health. From the energizing Kapalbhati to the calming Bhramari, you will learn to control your breath to master your mind.

Looking for a routine you can follow? This collection includes full-body flows like Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation), as well as short, effective sequences for beginners, mobility, and daily wellness.

For those ready to deepen their practice, I offer guidance in advanced asanas and strength-building exercises. We work on everything from headstands and arm balances to traditional Hindu pushups, always with a focus on safety and proper alignment.
