For all the ladies, yoga can be a wonderful friend. I offer specialized sessions to help manage the symptoms of PCOD and PCOS, ease period cramps, and navigate the changes of menopause by balancing hormones and reducing stress naturally.
It's never too late to start. Here I am teaching my grandfather, who is over 82 years old, the basics of pranayama. My sessions for seniors focus on improving mobility, balance, and overall well-being, proving that age is just a number on the yoga mat.
I was honored to be invited as a Yoga Expert by NCERT for a session on 'Yoga for Obesity'. It was a wonderful experience sharing my knowledge on a national platform, and it reinforces my commitment to making authentic yoga accessible to everyone.

I truly believe, "jahan himmat khatm hoti hai, wahan se yoga shuru hota hai." For me, advanced poses like Sirsasana (headstand) are not just about physical strength, but about overcoming fear and finding balance from within.
Teaching yoga to children is pure joy. I design fun and engaging sessions that help kids improve their focus, build strength, and learn to connect with their bodies in a positive way.
I was amazed when I saw my own brain scan after just one round of Bhramari Pranayama. The science shows how this simple humming bee breath can increase focus by nearly ten times while also calming the mind. This is the kind of knowledge I bring into our sessions.

I don't do cookie-cutter classes. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, PCOS, or just want to build strength at your own pace, I tailor every asana to your body. We will use simple home props like chairs and walls to modify poses so you stay safe, comfortable, and focused on your progress.
Yoga is a journey that looks different for everyone. For some, it is about healing sciatica or managing PCOS symptoms; for others, it is about teaching children focus or helping seniors improve mobility. My teaching is rooted in this flexibility.
My Approach to Therapy and Fitness
My practice is built on two pillars: safety and science. My background includes working at institutions like AIIMS and NCERT, which means my sequences for issues like back pain or stress are not just based on tradition—they are informed by understanding how the body moves and heals. If you are struggling with a specific ailment, we start there. We focus on modified Hatha Yoga and Sukshma Vyayama to ensure you gain strength without aggravating any injuries.
How We Will Train
- Online Personal Training: Perfect if you are at home in Delhi or Bengaluru. We use Zoom or Google Meet with real-time feedback to fix your posture.
- Home Visits: If you are in South Bengaluru, I can come to you for hands-on corrections and therapy sessions.
- Family & Small Groups: I love teaching families. I modify the same flow for your kids, yourself, and your elders so everyone can practice together.
I believe in using what you have. You do not need fancy equipment. We use the wall for support, chairs for balance, and your own dedication to get results. Whether you are a beginner curious about Surya Namaskar or someone ready for advanced inversions, we will build a routine that actually fits your life.
