Teaching yoga to children is pure joy. I design fun and engaging sessions that help kids improve their focus, build strength, and learn to connect with their bodies in a positive way.

I was amazed when I saw my own brain scan after just one round of Bhramari Pranayama. The science shows how this simple humming bee breath can increase focus by nearly ten times while also calming the mind. This is the kind of knowledge I bring into our sessions.
