Mayurasana, or Peacock Pose, is a challenging arm balance that requires significant strength and focus. It's a testament to what the body can achieve with dedicated practice.

Strength knows no gender. Practicing Hanuman Dand helps prevent back problems and builds immense courage and power, just like Hanuman's leap.

Hindu Baithak (sit-ups) are a traditional way to build lower body strength and stamina. This video shows 8 variations that empower the body and build discipline.

This is the Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, or Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. It's a challenging posture that deeply tests your balance and flexibility.

Working on my splits. This variation, Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana or Compass Pose, is an intense hip opener and hamstring stretch that requires patience and practice.
