Yoga is a way of life, not just a series of exercises. This collection of moments explores my practice across different landscapes, showing how you can find balance, peace, and strength wherever you are.

Yoga with a view of history. Practicing Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) with a friend at the timeless Taj Mahal, a symbol of love and balance.

Finding our flow with Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) in front of the Taj Mahal. The reflection in the water adds another layer of serenity to this powerful moment.

Performing Natarajasana at the Laxminarayan Temple. I believe every woman is powerful and beautiful, and this pose is an expression of that divine feminine strength and grace.

Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III) in front of the temple spires. This pose requires immense focus and strength, reminding us of the power we hold within.

Channeling the energy of the divine with Devi Asana (Goddess Pose) at the temple. This pose grounds you and connects you to your inner shakti.

Yoga in a saree, embracing the spiritual power within. This practice at the temple was a beautiful fusion of culture, devotion, and physical expression.

A silhouette of Natarajasana, framed by the ancient arches of Lodi Garden. Yoga is about finding the light even in the shadows.

Anjaneyasana (Crescent Lunge) amidst the historic tombs of Delhi. Connecting with the past while being fully present in the moment.

"Na sharir, na mann, main atma hoon." I am not this body, not this mind, I am the pure soul. A moment of self-realization through Natarajasana amidst a carpet of yellow flowers.

"I bend, I breathe, I bloom." Feeling the earth beneath my feet in a park, a simple reminder that transformation, though difficult, gives us the power to change from within.

About My Yoga Diary: Practice, Philosophy & Nature

Yoga flows look great in photos, but the real magic happens in the consistency. When I practice in the quiet of a park or at a heritage site, it is not just for the aesthetic; it is to show that you can find your calm anywhere. I often teach my clients how to use their immediate surroundings, like a wall, a chair, or a bench, to support their alignment and go deeper into a pose regardless of where they are training.
