Yoga is a journey better shared. Whether you want to improve your child's focus, support a senior's mobility, or simply spend quality time moving together, I create safe, adaptable sessions for every age and ability.

Practicing with my grandfather is one of my greatest joys. Here we are in Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), an excellent stretch for improving hip flexibility for people of all ages, including older adults.

Twinning in Kapalbhati with my 82-year-old grandfather. It's a beautiful way to connect and share the gift of wellness across generations. He is my constant inspiration.

Age is just a number, and my grandfather proves it every day. At 80+, his dedication to yoga is a beautiful reminder of the timeless pursuit of well-being.

My students enjoying a session of Laughter Yoga. This practice is a wonderful way to reduce stress, boost mood, and connect with others through the simple, powerful medicine of laughter.

Teaching children to chant Surya Mantras. It's a beautiful way to connect them with our culture and the powerful, positive energy of the sun.

Guiding my young students through the Gayatri Mantra. Chanting helps calm their minds, improve concentration, and connect them to a sense of inner peace from an early age.

A fun split challenge with my young yoga army. I love making fitness enjoyable and encouraging them to explore their flexibility and strength in a playful way.

Guiding my student into Poorna Bhujangasana (Full Cobra Pose). Personal attention helps ensure proper alignment and safety, allowing students to deepen their practice confidently.

Partner yoga is a great way to build trust and connection. Here, my student and I practice a supported Tree Pose, finding balance together.

Practicing Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) side-by-side with my student. It's wonderful to see her confidence and balance grow with each session.

About Yoga for Everyone: Families, Kids & Seniors

In my sessions, I never offer a one-size-fits-all plan. If I am teaching a family, I might guide your kids through engaging, active poses while simultaneously helping your seniors with gentle, chair-based movements that improve mobility. We all practice in the same space, but the modifications are tailored so that everyone feels challenged and safe at their own pace.

Bringing the Family Together

Yoga shouldn't feel like a chore or a strict regime. It is a way to communicate and bond. My family sessions allow you to create a shared morning or evening habit where everyone participates. We include group chanting, partner poses that build trust, and simple mobility games that keep things fun for the 'bachha party'.

Yoga for Seniors: Safety First

I have seen firsthand, even with my own grandfather, how consistent practice can change the quality of life for seniors. The focus here is strictly on joint health, fall prevention, and breathing (pranayama) to improve lung capacity. We use wall and chair support to ensure every movement is secure. It is about maintaining independence and dignity through better balance and strength.

Yoga for Kids: Focus and Fun

For younger ones, it is not about holding a pose perfectly for minutes. It is about movement, stories, and energy. We use themes, fun challenges, and simple mantras like the Gayatri Mantra to help them build concentration and emotional regulation. It is a space where they can be active without the pressure of performance.

How We Start

Whether we are in your living room in South Bengaluru or connecting via Zoom, I assess the needs of each family member before we begin. No expensive equipment is required. We utilize what you have at home—cushions, chairs, and walls—to make yoga a part of your daily life, not just a class you attend.
