My Yoga Philosophy

Jahan himmat khatm hoti hai, wahan se yoga shuru hota hai (Where courage ends, yoga begins). That's honestly how I see yoga - not just asanas, but a way to hold yourself together when work and life get overwhelming. For me, it's about helping you reconnect with your own mind and body, even in the busiest office.

Yoga at Work, Without the Fuss

Long meetings, endless screen time - sab pe bhaari padta hai (it gets tough on everyone). I build easy-to-follow sessions for teams that don’t need mats, fancy clothes, or big spaces. Some things I do:

  • Office & Chair Yoga: Quick stretches and moves you can actually do at your desk.
  • Workplace stress relief yoga: Breathwork and small mindfulness tricks that really help when deadlines pile up.
  • Posture fixes: Targeting neck, back, and shoulder pain, all that office sitting causes.

Workshops & Big Events

I've led yoga for so many different crowds - from schools to big public events. Whether it’s group yoga workshops for companies or something larger, I keep it approachable and practical. Sessions can focus on everything from pain relief to yoga for obesity. Been on TV too, and led public yoga days in Delhi.

How I Teach

My training comes from AIIMS and MDNIY, but I go with a mix of science and apna shraddha (my own faith). I've taught everywhere, from LBSNAA to medical colleges. Doesn’t matter what your fitness level is - I’ll make it work for your group.

My Story

Hey, I’m Deeksha. My brother kicked off my yoga journey (who knew you could study yoga for real?). Dad’s my backbone, family is my world. Diwali means more than lights, it’s pure togetherness. From nervous TV expert moments to wild Holi with my 'bachha party', I keep it real—sometimes my shoes double as a tripod! 'Main yeh sharir, mann, buddhi, ahankar nahin hoon. Main shuddh chaitanya hoon.' And no, bhai, ChatGPT didn’t write this. It’s all me.

Yoga Therapy for Real Problems - I help with stress relief yoga, back pain, obesity, and women's health like PCOS. Asanas and pranayama, all tailored.
