My Approach to Yoga Therapy
Yoga has always been more than just asanas for me—it's a way to connect the mind, body, and soul. I see every client as unique, so my focus is on personalized yoga plans for back pain, hormonal issues, or just finding mental peace. My practice is guided by shraddha (faith) and a lot of real-life trial and error. Yoga isn’t a quick fix, and I’ll be honest—sometimes it’s tough to stay patient, but that's the process.
What to Expect in Sessions
- No cookie-cutter routines. Every session is built around your needs, whether it’s stress relief yoga techniques, gentle yoga for sciatica, or support for hormonal balance in women.
- We use asanas, pranayama (breathing), mudras, and dhyan (meditation). I always tweak poses if you have injuries or specific health concerns.
- For mental clarity, I mix calming breaths, restorative poses, and soothing flows. For pain relief or posture, I focus on safe, targeted stretches and mindful movement.
- Women facing PCOS, irregular periods, or menstrual pain get a blend of yoga and practical lifestyle tips.
