- Diet Plan: Guidance on home-cooked meals focusing on protein intake and calorie deficits (non-clinical).
- Style: Authoritative coaching style with high accountability for form and attendance.
2-Person Partner Training Program
Duo Training Format
- Setup: Simultaneous training for two people (couples or friends) under a single expert trainer.
- Capacity: 12 sessions per month for the pair.
- Dynamics: Usage of I go, You go formats to maintain intensity while allowing rest periods.
Partner Specifics
- Cooperative Drills: Exercises utilizing partner weight or resistance, such as Medicine Ball throws and synchronized Kettlebell swings.
- Spotting Education: Instruction on how to safely spot a partner during heavy compound lifts like Squats and Bench Press.
Facility & Lifestyle
- Access: Full usage of the CrossFit floor, Hit Bag station for cardio boxing, and heavy lifting racks.
- Aligned Nutrition: Dietary advice tailored to the household to ensure meal structures are similar for both partners.

As a Powerlifting and Running champ, I've seen what bad technique can do - injuries, frustration, quitting. So, I make sure you get personalized fitness coaching that actually works for your body.

Hello doston, main Dinesh Shukla. Pehle athlete, baad me trainer. DPSA India Powerlifting Champion bhi raha hoon, NCC Running Champion bhi. Sab kuch khud kiya hai, isliye maloom hai struggle kya hoti hai. Fitness mere liye sirf weight uthana nahi, technique sabse important hai. Reebok certified hoon, lekin sabse pehle proper form pe dhyaan rehta hai. Galat tarike se injury hoti hai, main yahi sudharne aaya hoon. No excuses, bas mehnat.
