For me, training is all about doing things the right way - no shortcuts, no jugaad. You'll see me correcting form a lot because I believe har rep sahi hona chahiye (every rep should be done right). As a Powerlifting and Running champ, I've seen what bad technique can do - injuries, frustration, quitting. So, I make sure you get personalized fitness coaching that actually works for your body.

  • Expect a lot of focus on correct workout technique guidance. I keep an eye on your form, teach you how to feel the muscle, and show you the right way to use equipment.

Why not workout with your partner? Our sessions mix partner exercise motivation with fun, challenge, and support. You'll try synchronized moves, push each other, and honestly - it makes bonding better than any dinner date.

My Story

Hello doston, main Dinesh Shukla. Pehle athlete, baad me trainer. DPSA India Powerlifting Champion bhi raha hoon, NCC Running Champion bhi. Sab kuch khud kiya hai, isliye maloom hai struggle kya hoti hai. Fitness mere liye sirf weight uthana nahi, technique sabse important hai. Reebok certified hoon, lekin sabse pehle proper form pe dhyaan rehta hai. Galat tarike se injury hoti hai, main yahi sudharne aaya hoon. No excuses, bas mehnat.
