Semi-Private Small Group Training
Core Training Scope
- Ratio: Strict 1:3 Trainer to Client ratio (The "Bryk Tribe" format).
- Session Count: Covers 8 to 12 sessions valid for a strict 4 week window.
- Format: Structured functional training, strength conditioning, and mobility flows following a set program.
- Scheduling: Fixed batch timings (typically mid morning or evening slots) requiring adherence to a schedule.
Facility & Amenities
- Studio Access: Access to the boutique floor only during your slotted session.
- Equipment Usage: Shared access to functional racks, kettlebells, dumbbells (up to 32kg), and Bosu balls.
- General Amenities: Air conditioned floor, changing areas, and fresh water/towel service.
The Group Dynamic
- Community: Training alongside regular partners for accountability.
- Coaching: Trainer provides form correction and cueing across the group of three.
1:1 Personal Training (Blue Tier)
Personalized Coaching
- Tier: Blue Tier (Standard Assigned Trainer).
- Attention: 100% private, 1 on 1 attention for the entire 60 minute duration.
- Programming: Customized workout charts based on body recomposition principles (losing inches vs weight).
- Disciplines: Primary focus on Weight Training, Functional Fitness, and Conditioning.
Studio & Equipment
- Priority Access: No waiting for equipment; the trainer reserves your station.
- Gear: Full usage of Fitline cable machines, Olympic barbells, and free weights.
- Recovery: Basic assisted stretching at the end of the session.
Concierge Services
- Tracking: Periodic measurement tracking (inches/weight) to monitor progress.
- Nutritional Guidance: Basic lifestyle and dietary advice (macro approach) to support training goals.
- Support: Dedicated slot booking and accountability follow ups.
Elite Hybrid Athlete Training (Gold Tier)
Master Level Coaching
- Tier: Gold Tier (Access to Senior/Master Trainers).
- Methodology: Hybrid Method blending different training styles into one program.
- Disciplines Included: Unrestricted access to specialized training including 1 on 1 Pad work (Boxing/Kickboxing), Aerial Yoga (Silks), and Advanced Lifting.
Premium Experience
- Flexibility: Ability to switch training focus daily (e.g., Boxing one day, heavy lifting the next).
- Recovery Protocol: Priority access to recovery tools, including inflatable Ice Bath facilities and advanced mobility drills.
- Injury Management: Coaches specialized in working around injuries or rehab requirements.
Soft Inclusions
- Amenities: Towel service, locker access, and a pet friendly environment.
- Content: Support with video content creation for your progress if desired.

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
