We don’t do bland, one-size-fits-all training here. Our studio is built on community - the type where you’re not just another face, but someone we root for. It’s about hard work mixed with laughter, and showing up for each other. If you’ve ever felt lost or awkward at a gym, you’ll vibe with our tribe.
Your Goals, Your Way
- No “copy-paste” plans. I build a custom fitness coaching plan for your body and goals, not your neighbor’s.
- Every session is designed to build you up and keep injuries at bay, so you get stronger, not sidelined.
- We track progress together, tweaking as you get fitter - think of it as building your journey, bryk by bryk.
Training Styles
- One-on-One: All eyes on you, with technique and form that actually make sense. I’ll walk you through the ‘why’ behind every move.
- Semi-Private: Join the BRYK TRIBE - max 3 per batch (morning and evening), for those who want that group buzz but still want focus.
The Hybrid Method
- Not just lifting weights. We mix strength and conditioning sessions, boxing and kickboxing workouts, and functional movement training. Keeps things interesting, na?
Mindset Over Numbers
- The real win? Strength, confidence, and that “jeet gaya” (won it!) feeling.
- I’m here for gentle consistency, not those crash-and-burn routines.

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
My Work
All kinds of training, all kinds of people - Personal training, semi-private sessions, group classes, aerial yoga, boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, calisthenics, and ice bath recovery.
Community, not just workouts - We push each other, laugh, and celebrate every win—even surviving samosa+chai weather without breaking discipline.
Every age, every stage - Beginner or pro, 20s or 60s, we create strength programs for women and anyone wanting a custom fit.
Mindset matters - We don’t just count kilos. Confidence, discipline, and showing up for yourself count more.
