- Goal Setting: 10-15 minute post-workout consultation to interpret results and map potential timelines.
Facility Access
- Zones: Access to main workout floor, cardio consoles, and functional training areas during the session.
- Amenities: Complimentary use of lockers, changing rooms, and steam or shower facilities.
Monthly Personal Training (12 Sessions)
