My Method: Everything Connects
When I say personal training, I mean it. We go beyond exercise - we dig into how stress and emotions get stuck in your body (dekho, vo sab andar hi jama hota hai - all that gets stored inside). I use a science-based approach for holistic fitness coaching, combining movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress management for actual lifestyle change.

Who I Train
I’ve worked with 180+ clients - from total beginners to seniors (60+), couples, expecting mothers (prenatal personal training), and folks with lifestyle issues like PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and back pain. I always check your reports and coordinate with your doctor when needed.

My Story
People think I’ve always been this fitness person, but truth is, I went from boardrooms to barbells. Corporate hustle, beauty biz, then finally found my groove in fitness and built Fitness Wired. Last year? Honestly, tough. Heartbreak, then finding my own space, finishing my first marathon before 37. Now I feel stronger at 37 than I did at 26. Life’s madness—running my studio, my dog Jiah, sometimes I just need a timeout. Recharge, come back, chase what gets me buzzing.
