- Active Spotting: 60-minute sessions where the trainer manually spots heavy lifts and counts every rep.
- Hybrid Training: Combination of machine-based bodybuilding, powerlifting (Squats/Deadlifts), and functional drills (Tire flips/Sleds).
- Technique Correction: Immediate tactile adjustments to posture during compound movements to ensure safety.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Home-Food Diet: Text-based guide focusing on portion control of Indian staples (Roti/Rice) and increasing protein (Eggs/Paneer) without expensive ingredients.
- Accountability: Strict attendance monitoring with WhatsApp reminders and monthly measurement tracking.
Prerequisites
- Gym Fee: Monthly membership to the specific gym is payable separately by the client.
Small Group Training (In-Gym)
Session Structure
- Small Group Format: Training conducted in shared slots with 1-2 other partners.
- Circuit Drills: High-energy rotation between stations (e.g., one person on Battle Ropes, another on Squats) to maximize density.
Coaching Level
- Rotational Attention: The trainer shifts focus to whoever is performing the most complex movement at the moment.

Kaam jab passion ban jaaye, toh koi hila nahi sakta. Shareer fit rakhna meri zimmedari hai, baaki sab Ishwar par chhod diya. Main koshish karta hoon ki bojh na banun kisi par. Har Har Mahadev!
