Dekho bhai (Look, brother), you can't buy your dream body. It's all about mehnat (hard work) and discipline. I won't promise you six-pack abs in 30 days, but I will show you how to build discipline and strength, inside and out. Everything depends on you - apne upar hi hai sab kuch.

Before we touch any weights, I ask you about your sleep, diet, daily routine, stress, and any old injuries. This helps me build custom workout routines just for you. No guesswork, no copy-paste plans.

How We Train: Mix of Strength & Real-life Fitness

My sessions are a blend of strength coaching for beginners, powerlifting, and functional fitness programs. We hit everything from deadlifts and squats to battle ropes and tire flips. I keep things interesting so your body keeps growing, not just looking fit.

My Story

Main Rocky, New Delhi se. Fitness mera junoon hai – gym, yoga, sab kuch. Log sochte hain body banane ke liye gym jaate hain, par asli fayda dimaag aur focus ka hai. Kaam jab passion ban jaaye, toh koi hila nahi sakta. Shareer fit rakhna meri zimmedari hai, baaki sab Ishwar par chhod diya. Main koshish karta hoon ki bojh na banun kisi par. Har Har Mahadev!

Fitness Classes Offered - Zumba, Aerobics, Power Yoga classes, Dance, Weightlifting, Cardio, Crossfit, Meditation, diet plans, group and home personal training.

Training Style - Mehnat aur discipline se hi result aata hai. No shortcuts, only hard work and consistency.

Who Can Join - Kids, adults, especially women. Group classes and home personal training available for all.

My Approach - I ask about sleep, food, injuries, and set real goals. No cheating, just hormone balancing workouts and support.
