You won't find mindless repetition here. When you pick up a sledgehammer or load a sled, I am watching your stance, your breathing, and your grip. It is not just about sweating; it is about learning to move in a way that builds muscle without wrecking your joints. You will feel the difference from your first session because we prioritize the sahi tarika (correct method) over lifting heavy with bad form.

My background as a Powerlifting and Running champion taught me one thing: technique is non-negotiable. Bad form is a direct road to injury. In my sessions, we focus on:

  • Progressive Loading: Adding weight only when the movement pattern is mastered.
  • Core Activation: Using your core as the stabilizer for all lifts.
