1-on-1 Powerlifting Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching Scope

- The "Big 3" Focus: Biomechanical correction for Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift including bracing and bar path.
- Custom Programming: Progressive overload plan designed to safely increase 1-Rep Max (1RM).

- Active Spotting: Expert spotting during heavy lifts and PR attempts.
- Instant Feedback: Tactile and verbal correction to eliminate momentum and fix posture.
- Injury Prevention: Specific warm-up drills and mobility work tailored to heavy lifting.
Tracking

Mujhe ek baat pakki pata hai – sahi form bina kuch nahi hota (without proper form, nothing works). I see folks swing weights, use their back for curls, and think they're getting stronger, but galtiyaan (mistakes) like these only invite injuries. Main khud national powerlifting champion hoon, so I don’t let any rep go wrong. Har rep, har set – perfection pe focus.

Hello doston, main Dinesh Shukla. Pehle athlete, baad me trainer. DPSA India Powerlifting Champion bhi raha hoon, NCC Running Champion bhi. Sab kuch khud kiya hai, isliye maloom hai struggle kya hoti hai. Fitness mere liye sirf weight uthana nahi, technique sabse important hai. Reebok certified hoon, lekin sabse pehle proper form pe dhyaan rehta hai. Galat tarike se injury hoti hai, main yahi sudharne aaya hoon. No excuses, bas mehnat.
