Quarterly Small Group Coaching Membership
Training Format
- Group Supervision: Daily "Workouts of the Day" (WOD) led by CrossFit Level 1 certified coaches. Attention is shared among a batch of 10-15 members (not 1-on-1).
- Structured Programming: Strength and conditioning cycles designed by Head Coach Rajeev, focusing on Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics.
- Form Correction: Real-time feedback on technical lifts like Snatch and Deadlifts to prevent injury.
Facility & Equipment
- Box Access: Unlimited access to the basement facility in Sushant Lok Phase 1 during operational hours.
- Premium Gear: Usage of USA-imported Concept 2 Rowers, Get RxD rigs, imported barbells, and bumper plates.
- Environment: Fully air-conditioned training area with rubber flooring, changing rooms, and lockers.
Cost Breakdown
- Tax: 18% GST is included in the price.
- Registration: The higher price range covers a one-time registration fee for new members.
Annual Performance Coaching Membership
Long-Term Scope
- Year-Round Access: 12 months of unlimited access to all group classes and open gym slots.
- Training Cycles: Allows full participation in multiple progressive training blocks (Strength, Hypertrophy, Metcon) throughout the year.
Facility Usage
- Full Access: Unlimited usage of lifting platforms, rigs, and mobility floor.
- Equipment: Priority access to all imported equipment including Concept 2 Rowers and gymnastics rings.
Commercial Benefits
- Best Rate: Effectively ~₹5,400 per month, offering a saving of approximately ₹6,000 per year compared to quarterly plans.
- Price Protection: Locks in the rate for the full year, protecting against potential price hikes.
- Inclusions: Price includes 18% GST. Higher range covers one-time registration fees for new joiners.
Single Drop-In Session
Session Details
- Class Access: Valid for one scheduled 60-minute group training session.
- Supervision: Real-time form correction and intensity scaling (adjusting movements to fitness level) by the floor coach.
Facility Access
- Amenities: Use of changing rooms, showers, and workout equipment specific to the day's routine.
- Limitations: Strictly for one session only. Does not include locker ownership or long-term programming.
Terms
- No Registration Fee: A flat fee for the session without additional joining costs.
- Booking: Requires prior confirmation to ensure class capacity is not exceeded.

My Take on Fitness
Personal training is my life, not just a way to pay bills. I’m all about strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, and helping you actually enjoy the grind. I want to build more than just muscle - I want you to trust the process and find real mental strength too.
It’s All in the Basics
First thing I always say: jaldi mat kar (don’t rush). I’m a stickler for technique, so we start slow. Deadlifts, squats, even handstands—we break it all down and build you up from scratch. I’ll spot your weak spots, tight hips, balance issues, whatever’s holding you back.
Who I Work With
- Women who want to get strong without “bulking up.” Lifting is the best way to tone up, get pain-free, and boost metabolism.
- Older folks who want to stay independent and active—strength training for older adults isn’t just possible, it’s necessary.
- Total beginners who don’t know where to start. We’ll get you moving right and safe, step by step.
How We Train
I blend functional strength training for beginners with metabolic conditioning workouts and mobility drills. You’ll see everything from Olympic lifts to kettlebell swings, box jumps, and bodyweight stuff like handstands. Some sessions will be tough, but I’ll always be there yelling, “Ek aur aayega!” (One more rep is coming!)
More Than Just Lifting
It’s about confidence, not just muscle. You’ll feel stronger at the gym and outside it. And yeah, we push each other - pakad ke rakhiye position! (hold that position!) - because this is a community, not just a workout.

My Story
So, this is me. All I know is coaching, training, and loving every bit of it. My old programming diary just finished—10 years of sweat and scribbles, kinda emotional to let it go. BodhXfit isn’t just a gym, yaar, it’s a community. We build muscle, yes, but more than that, we build confidence. Training here is about finding your weak spots and working through them together. Got to help Seema Punia-Antil prep for Asian track & field—big moment. Seeing folks smash goals, that’s my high.
