Standard 1-on-1 Personal Training
Core Schedule
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: Approximately 60 minutes per session.
- Supervision: Dedicated floor trainer for spot-checks, rep counting, and form correction.
Facility & Environment
- Cardio: Usage of treadmills and spin bikes for warm-up and cool-down.
- Strength: Full access to free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and heavy-duty plate-loaded machines.
- Setting: Training conducted in a traditional iron-gym setting with wall-mounted fans (non-AC zones).
Nutrition & Tracking
- Diet Plan: Basic high-protein 'Desi' diet charts focusing on home-cooked food.
- Progress: Bi-weekly body weight and inch-loss measurement tracking.
Advanced Bodybuilding & Hypertrophy Coaching
Specialized Protocols
- Goal: Targeted hypertrophy (muscle gain), physique sculpting, or contest prep.
- Techniques: Application of advanced protocols like drop sets, supersets, and heavy compound lifts.
- Safety: Critical spotting assistance for 1-Rep Max attempts and heavy lifting.
Lifestyle & Presentation
- Nutrition Strategy: Aggressive calorie surplus or deficit planning based on goals.
- Supplementation: Guidance on supplement stacks (Whey, Creatine, Pre-workout planning).
- Posing: Instruction on mandatory poses to improve muscle-mind connection and aesthetic presentation.
Priority Access
- Equipment: Priority usage of heavy-duty squat racks, deadlift platforms, and cable crossovers during sets.
Functional Fitness & Boxing (Group Batch)
Batch Structure
- Format: Small group training sessions geared towards cardiovascular endurance.
- Location: Open-air rooftop area equipped with artificial green turf.
- Eligibility: Open to both adults and younger students.

- Want muscle gain? My muscle gain training program is all about proper hypertrophy, sculpting, and even posing tips.
- Need a transformation workout plan? We mix strength, cardio, and real talk about diet. No shortcut, just hard work.
- If you’re after raw strength, I love coaching on the big lifts – deadlifts, squats, bench press. Strength and powerlifting coach mode on.
- Fitness isn’t just for bodybuilders. General fitness, better stamina, even agility for kids – I train everyone.

My Story
Hello bhaeyo, Rao Saheb here from Loordz Gym. Fitness is my jaan, my gym is my sapna. Yahan sab ek family hai, we sweat together, laugh together. *Dil tut jaye, koi baat nahi, sapne nahi tutne chahiye* (Heart can break, dreams shouldn’t). When I’m not training, I’m rafting, chilling with friends, or playing with dogs. Festivals, masti, and desh-prem always. I give my all, every single day.
