People always ask, why so much gym? Simple answer: gym hi to life hai. Pyaar kismat mein nahi tha, toh gym se hi pyaar ho gaya. For me, breaking a sweat is better than any heartbreak therapy.
Real Training, Real Results
When you train with me, it’s not just about ticking off sets. I’m with you every rep, correcting form, pushing for that last bit, and making sure you don’t give up when it gets tough. Technique is important but so is motivation. Sapne nahi tootne chahiye, right?
What We Work On
- Want muscle gain? My muscle gain training program is all about proper hypertrophy, sculpting, and even posing tips.
- Need a transformation workout plan? We mix strength, cardio, and real talk about diet. No shortcut, just hard work.
- If you’re after raw strength, I love coaching on the big lifts – deadlifts, squats, bench press. Strength and powerlifting coach mode on.
- Fitness isn’t just for bodybuilders. General fitness, better stamina, even agility for kids – I train everyone.
