A lot of people mess up by using momentum or bad form, so I’m strict about sahi tarika (correct method) - full range of motion, proper muscle contraction. No shortcuts, no compromise.

I’m here to help you lose fat and build muscle, not just chase a number on the scale. Muscle building for beginners is part of the plan, because more muscle means higher metabolism and a better shape. It’s about looking strong and feeling confident, not just being thin.
How I Train You
I mix things up - kettlebell sessions, HITbag boxing, sled pushes, air bike, battle ropes, tire flips. These tools aren’t just for show, they get results. Functional training for weight loss is at the core. You’ll sweat, get stronger, and actually enjoy the process.

As a former powerlifting and running champ, I know that injuries happen when you ignore form. I’ll start with a fitness chat, then build a personalized fat loss plan and workout just for you. Every move you do, I’ll check your form so you get max benefit, minimum risk.

Hello doston, main Dinesh Shukla. Pehle athlete, baad me trainer. DPSA India Powerlifting Champion bhi raha hoon, NCC Running Champion bhi. Sab kuch khud kiya hai, isliye maloom hai struggle kya hoti hai. Fitness mere liye sirf weight uthana nahi, technique sabse important hai. Reebok certified hoon, lekin sabse pehle proper form pe dhyaan rehta hai. Galat tarike se injury hoti hai, main yahi sudharne aaya hoon. No excuses, bas mehnat.
