About Our Gym & Community
You might walk in for the battle ropes or the tires, but you will stay because of the environment. We do not have a gym show-off culture here. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, you will find people actually focusing on their sets, spotting each other, and pushing limits without the drama.
People often ask if a CrossFit gym is intimidating. At XLR8, we shut that down immediately. My philosophy is simple: fitness is a journey that is better when you have people around who actually care.
We use raw, functional equipment like log bars, tractor tires, and sledgehammers rather than just relying on fancy machines. But that gear is useless if your form is wrong. That is why our community is built on accountability. You will see us correcting form mid-set and keeping the energy high. We are open in Prashant Vihar for those who are serious about their health, want to learn proper technique, and are ready to put in the work.
