My Story
Namaste, we’re Vyas Yoga School from Rishikesh. For us, yoga isn’t just about fancy poses – it’s devotion, discipline, aur deep awareness (and deep awareness). Our sankalp is simple: Swasth Bharat – Samriddh Bharat. We see so many struggling with pain – sciatica, back, shoulders – and we guide them, breath by breath. Gym ka transformation?
